We are a purely Czech family business. We base our business on our own experience in travel and accommodation. Our goal is to offer all of our guests a feeling of comfort and well-being (even home) on their holidays, weekend stays, but also on business trips...
We strive to live ecologically and have taken the same approach to renovation (eco-friendly floors, recuperation), furnishing the apartments (furniture from sustainable sources) and running the apartments (using eco-friendly means as much as possible, sorting waste). We don't deal with the rising summer temperatures with air conditioning, but with high quality screening roller blinds that keep the heat of summer days out of the apartments.
We offer accommodation in modern apartments with private parking in the very centre of Pilsen. In a dynamically developing yet historic city where there are many opportunities for fun and relaxation for all ages. Our apartments are inspired by the artistic period of the avant-garde. We have a total of 6 apartments (studio, 4 apartments 2+kk and one apartment 3+1) located on the first floor with a common entrance hall and elevator.
And something extra? You can enjoy a cold Pilsner lager or a good coffee in your apartment right after you arrive!

The apartment was simply wonderful! Spotless, well decorated, brand new furniture, big tv, wi fi, comfortable bed, even the sofa and super accessorized kitchen. Great position next to the center but not noisy. Very well appreciated the internal parking. The staff is kind, friendly and very helpful, they answered quickly any our questions. I really recommend this stay!

Pekný, čistý a veľmi dobre vybavený apartmán v centre mesta a napriek tomu je to tiché miesto. Na námestie je to cca 5 minút chôdze. Mali sme apartmán otočený smerom do dvora. Pohodlné spanie a super terasa so sedením. Pochvaľujem si taktiež bezpečné parkovanie priamo vo dvore, ktorý sa uzamyká. Veľmi milí majitelia :-). Ďakujeme za pekný pobyt.

How to get to us
Travel Route
If you are arriving by car, let us know in advance whether you want to reserve a parking space (CZK 100/night/car). Input the address Tylova 315/3, Plzeň, into your satellite navigation. When you are almost at your destination, turn left, passing the KEBAB stand and go through the gate. Continue (about 100 metres) into the inner yard, until you reach the gate with the sign “Parking Avantgarde apartments”. The first and the second gate are open until 18:00. After you call us, we will open the third gate and collect you from the car park. Please park only in the marked parking spaces. If you are arriving after 18:00, please let us know!
If you are travelling by train or bus, find the best public transport service for you (e.g. trolley bus no. 16) and go to the “U Práce” stop. It is then only about 100 metres’ walk to the apartments :-)
